Exchanges and returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items for return or size change and / or item within 14 days from the date of shipment.

Guidelines

To request authorization to return, fill out the quick form at the bottom of the page , within 14 days of receipt of the order, entering the order number (without the symbol #) and your email used at the time of the order.

You will be redirected to the Returns and Exchanges management page where you can view your order and, by clicking the appropriate EXCHANGE or RETURN button , you can carry out the return procedure of a product to have a cash return or the change of size and / or item.

Once we have received your request for return or exchange, the Milord® team will send you a confirmation by e-mail with instructions to proceed with the return of the garments at our office.

The transport costs for the return of the product are charged to the customer.

The return of the garments must be received at the Milord® headquarters within 10 days of the return authorization email. The garments must not have been washed or altered and must not show signs of use. Each item must be returned including the label and the original packaging.

After receiving the product and verifying its integrity we will replace the item with the size indicated during the Exchange procedure or refund only the price of the product.
